ABOUT SERA J WRIGHT
Hi, I'm Sera.
I’m an award-winning Australian photographer, writer and creative based between Tenterfield, Stanthorpe and Byron Bay. I work across Northern NSW, Southern Queensland, the Granite Belt and the New England region, capturing story-driven imagery for destinations, accommodation, people and businesses.
Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What began as a childhood passion has now grown into more than 16 years as a professional photographer, creating work for tourism boards, boutique stays, Airbnbs, lifestyle brands, magazines, councils and local businesses across Australia.
I split my time between our beautiful farm in Tenterfield and my family home in Byron Bay, the town where I was born and raised. Whether I’m shooting along the coast, out in the bush or somewhere on the road between the two, I’m always inspired by natural light, warm tones and places with character and soul.

My Style & Approach
My style is centred around natural light, clean composition and storytelling. I aim to capture imagery that feels inviting and atmospheric — highlighting the textures, mood and sense of place that make each destination or property unique.
Social Media & Digital Creative Work
Alongside my photography, I also create digital content for brands, destinations and accommodation providers. With over 70,000 highly engaged followers, I offer clients the option of both professional photography and social media promotion through my channels.
